If you haven't had time to close your eyes
and listen to your heartbeat, you'd begin to notice
you're about to breakdown
lower your head, sink back into the depths of your soul
submerge yourself in the rhythm of your breath
pretend nothing else exists and you're years beyond your time
reinvent your beliefs, imagine hidden truths beside yourself
just believe in the silence, in the moment you're given
open your eyes, collect yourself and notice you're okay.
